Neutrophils have cytoplasmic granules and multi-lobed nuclei. As such, they have a high side scatter, and are characteristically CD45+.
 
		
		Differentials for cells in the neutrophil window include:
- Cells of the granulocytic series (from promyelocytes to mature neutrophils).
- Acute promyelocytic leukaemia (classical hypergranular form).
